Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Intgral Inc. (Intgral.ai) collects and uses personal information when you visit our website or use our marketplace operations service.

1. Who we are and how to contact us
Intgral Inc. provides Intgral.ai. For privacy questions or to exercise your rights, email contact@intgral.ai. For information processed on behalf of a merchant, that merchant determines the purposes of processing and we act on their instructions.
2. Information we collect
We collect the email address and optional monthly SKU count you provide when applying to the founding partner program. When you use the service, we may process account and contact details, store identifiers, authorization tokens, catalog and listing content, inventory and performance information made available through authorized integrations, and records of actions you request or approve. We also process limited technical information needed to operate and secure the service, such as request logs, device and browser information, and error reports. We do not ask for your Seller Central password.
3. How we use information
We use information to respond to your requests, provide and support the service, execute authorized marketplace operations, keep a change journal, protect accounts, manage subscriptions, and meet legal obligations. Data collected via Amazon SP-API is used solely to provide the service to the authorizing merchant. We do not sell this data, use it for unrelated advertising, or use it to train general-purpose AI models.
4. Legal bases
Where applicable data protection law requires a legal basis, we rely on performing our agreement with you, legitimate interests in operating and protecting the service, compliance with legal obligations, or your consent where required. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.
5. Isolation and security
We maintain per-tenant isolation so that one merchant cannot access another merchant’s store data. Access is limited to authorized personnel and service providers who need it to provide or secure the service. We use appropriate technical and organizational measures, including access controls and protected transmission. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure.
6. Service providers and disclosures
We may share information with providers that help us host, secure, support, and operate the service, subject to appropriate confidentiality and data protection obligations. We share information with connected platforms as necessary to carry out your instructions, or when required by law. Your own AI subscription and any connected platform are governed by their respective privacy policies. We do not sell personal information.
7. Retention and deletion
We keep information only as long as needed to provide the service and meet applicable legal and platform requirements. You can request access, correction, export, or deletion by emailing contact@intgral.ai. On a verified deletion request or disconnection, we delete or de-identify connected marketplace data that is no longer necessary, subject to required legal retention and secure backup expiration. We will explain any information that must be retained and why.
8. Your rights and international processing
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or receive a copy of your information, and to complain to your local data protection authority. We verify requests to protect your account. Where personal information is transferred internationally, we use safeguards required by applicable law, such as appropriate contractual protections.
9. Cookies, preferences, and analytics
The website stores your selected color theme locally on your device. If analytics is enabled, we use Plausible for aggregate website statistics, without advertising cookies. We do not include email addresses or store data in analytics events. You can clear the saved theme using your browser settings.
10. Children and policy updates
The service is intended for businesses and adults, not children under 18. We may update this policy as the service changes. We will publish the current version on this page and provide additional notice where required.
